A ball match confirmed earlier by the main booker(s) may subsequently be
cancelled by him. The cancellation of ball(s) may result in less than the
minimum number of players required under the rule of control of play. In which
case, the flight will be cancelled and an email will be sent to inform the main
booker(s) of the flight. The remaining main booker(s) and/or his player(s) in
this failed ball match will be transferred to Waitlist if no suitable ball
match can be found. When the next ball match become available, player(s) in the
Waitlist will be notified by phone and email confirmation. The system will send
the new timing/course in the email to the main booker(s), if the ball match is
successful.

General Golf Information:
MORNING 9-HOLE POLICY
Effective from 2nd October 2017,
to regulate the pace of play when there is a course closure due to Cat 1, a 'cut-off' time for the following flights will be implemented:
Flights 0701 and 0708 that
have not teed-off by 0800 hours
due to CAT-1 will be cancelled, and a full refund will be given.
For flights that have teed-off
, and if play has been suspended, they will be allowed to continue with their game once the course re-opens.
